In 2019 Starlight Homes started development of the Marine Creek Hills V neighborhood and sought to build 139 homes in a "tiny" corner of northwest Fort Worth. With construction spanning a little over a year and a half, the neighborhood was finally completed and the last of the homeowners had moved in. Upon completion of this mighty endeavor, the fairly new MCHV HOA was turned over to the homeowners and a new Board was elected. Now this newly elected Board is working tirelessly to ensure that the homeowners of Marine Creek Hills V are happy, safe, and treated fairly so that our neighborhood can continue to stay beautiful and thrive.
