LEGACY SOUTHWEST normal business hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, and 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Friday.
However, on Wednesdays, LEGACY is not accepting phone calls IN ORDER TO focus on other important tasks without interruption.
