Starlight Homes built our neighborhood using a 2-option shutter scheme from the company, Mid-America. The two styles approved for use in our HOA will be Board & Batten and Open Louver.

Starlight Homes decided on four colors to accent the brick and paint palette of our homes: Black, Musket Brown, Federal Brown, and Tuxedo Gray.
